Mission Statement To provide, on a daily, 24-hour basis, support, direction, assistance and intervention to those in the greater Philadelphia area who reach out by telephone seeking assistance. Toward optimizing the quality of those interventions, as well as the other related human services and programs provided, Contact will strive to recruit and advance the professional training of both volunteers and paid employees.
